Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web host records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time of your visit. We also use Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information about how visitors use this website, such as the pages viewed, time spent on the site, how you arrived, your device and browser type, and your general location.

Contacting Us Through This Website
Submitting our contact form or sending us an email does not create an attorney-client relationship. Email and web forms are not completely secure. Please do not include confidential or sensitive details in your first message; a brief description of your matter and the names of any other parties involved, so that we can check for conflicts, is enough to get started.

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no common standard for responding to it, this website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

Google Analytics keeps detailed usage data for no longer than 14 months. This website uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
